Home Inspection Services

Schedule your home or condo inspection with North Jersey Home Inspections for true peace of mind.
At North Jersey Home Inspections, every evaluation follows the rigorous New Jersey Standards of Practice, which are base on those established by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and regulated under the state’s consumer protection laws. You can trust that your inspection meets the standards of quality, safety, and compliance—giving you confidence in one of life’s biggest investments.

Recently built Jersey City condos can still hide issues beneath the surface—professional inspections reveal what buyers need to know.

Condo Inspection

A condo inspection typically costs nearly half as much as a house inspection and is highly recommended—even for new builds.

My evaluation covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, installed appliances, interiors like kitchens and baths, and select common areas outside building or HOA maintenance. You’ll receive a detailed report with photos, descriptions of any deficiencies, and recommendations for next steps.

Whether you're a first-time buyer or seasoned investor, this inspection offers clarity and confidence. Pricing is based on location, unit size, and age.

My inspections assess the function, safety, and condition of installed systems and components—from crawl spaces to rooftops.

I evaluate structural elements, foundations, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, fireplaces, installed appliances and interiors like kitchens and baths. You'll receive a detailed report with photos, descriptions of deficiencies, and recommended actions for correction.

I go where most homeowners don’t, giving you a clear picture of what lies in areas like crawl spaces and attics. Pricing varies based on location, square footage, and age of the property.

Sewer Line Inspection

$175 to $350

Available as a standalone service or at a discounted rate when bundled with a home inspection, my sewer line inspection offers an assessment of your property's underground sewer line.

Using a camera mounted on a flexible cable, I inspect up to 150 feet of sewer line—from a drain clean-out to the city connection. You'll receive a detailed written report along with a digital video of the inspection, giving you clear insight into the condition of your system.

This service identifies potential issues such as clogs, broken pipes, or root intrusions—before they turn into costly repairs. A damaged sewer line can lead to hundreds of dollars in annual maintenance and thousands in replacement costs.
